Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Brush with the pesto, but leave 1½ cm of the edges free.

First divide the grilled vegetables and then the white cheese. Brush the edges with some water.

Bake for about 20 minutes under the center of the oven. Discolour the cake irregularly. Then turn the baking plate half a turn after 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and mix through the lamb's lettuce. Sprinkle with the dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Take the plate cake out of the oven, drizzle with the rest of the dressing and serve with the salad.
