Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packaging.

Roll out the dough thinly and place on the baking sheet. In a food processor mix the tomatoes with the garlic, basil and 4 sundried to a smooth sauce and brush the pizza base.

Cut the smoked chicken fillet into pieces and spread over the pizza. Put some halved sun-dried to and add the mozzarella over the pizza.

Fry the pizza in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with olive oil and spread some basil.
