Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly and place on the baking sheet. In a food processor mix the tomatoes with the garlic, basil and 4 sundried to a smooth sauce and brush the pizza base.
  3. Cut the smoked chicken fillet into pieces and spread over the pizza. Put some halved sun-dried to and add the mozzarella over the pizza.
  4. Fry the pizza in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with olive oil and spread some basil.
