Remove the skin from the mackerel and remove any grits. Cut the fish finely and mix with the sour cream, lemon zest, juice, chopped dill and pepper.

Divide over the cooking ring and make 2 tarts. Garnish with a sprig of dill. Tasty with baguette or toast.
