Directions

  1. Soak the bread crumbs in the milk and let stand for about 5 minutes. Add the mince, 1 clove of garlic and the thyme and mix well. Form small balls of this mixture.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs until done and brown.
  3. In the meantime, mix the red pepper with the lemon zest, parsley, remaining garlic and a pinch of salt.
  4. Stick about 3 meatballs on a skewer and sprinkle with the gremolata.
