Plate pizza with raw ham, zucchini ribbons and lemon ricotta

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packaging.

Roll out the dough thinly and place on the baking sheet. Mix the ricotta with lemon juice and grater, garlic and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Plan with ribs of zucchini with a cheese slicer.

Brush the pizza base with the ricotta and bake for about 10 minutes in the oven. Take the pizza out of the oven and put the ham and zucchini ribbons on it. Put back in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes.

Remove the pizza from the oven and spread some lamb's lettuce and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with lemon wedges.
