Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 70 ° C.
-
Slice the garlic and celery.
-
Brush the salmon with the oil and sprinkle with the fish spices. Place the salmon in the oven dish and bake for about 30 minutes in the oven.
-
In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes.
-
Turn down the heat and add the celery. Let the celery shrink for 1 min. Add the honey, tomatoes and broth powder and bring to the boil.
-
Add the cream and reduce to a low heat for 10 minutes until the sauce binds. Heat the rest of the oil in a skillet or stir-fry and add the spinach.
-
Fry the spinach over medium heat in 5 min. Change regularly. Season with salt and pepper and leave to drain in a colander.
-
Cover the bottom of deep plates with the spinach and spread the tomato celery sauce over it. Put the salmon on it and serve immediately.
