A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: polenta (corn grits), butter, salt, gorgonzola, fresh basil and (freshly ground) pepper.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or gas oven 4.
  2. Grease the baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. Fry in pan of polenta, 3/4 liters of cold water and salt.
