Cauliflower curry with tomato
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cauliflower, oil, onion, curry powder, djinten (ground cumin) (jar 25 g) and tomatoes.

Cut 1 cauliflower into florets and cook in 8 minutes until al dente.

Drain them (keep 100 ml of cooking liquid behind).

Heat in a wok 2 tbsp oil and fruit 1 chopped onion with 1/2 tbsp curry powder and 2 tsp.

Djintan.

Bake 4 tomatoes in pieces for 3 minutes.

Add the cauliflower florets with 100 ml of cooking liquid and salt to taste and let the cauliflower curd simmer for another 5 minutes..
