Popper: pasta with fish and tomato 7-9 months
Let your baby get used to the taste fish with this mashed pasta with white fish and tomato.

Cut the cauliflower into small florets. Cook with the macaroni in 10 minutes until tender in a pan with water and salt.

Meanwhile, cross the tomatoes on top and immerse for 1 min in a bowl of boiling water. Allow to cool in cold water.

Unfreeze the tomatoes with a potato knife. Halve them, remove the seeds with a spoon and cut the flesh into cubes.

Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the fish over low heat for 4 minutes.

Drain the pasta and cauliflower, but collect the cooking liquid.

Purée all ingredients to a fine puree with the hand blender or in the food processor. If necessary, dilute with some cooking liquid or mother or follow-on milk.
