Popper: fish burgers with pea puree 4-6 yrs
Fish burger with puree of peas and mint.
Cut the potatoes into small parts and cook until cooked in about 16 minutes.
Add the garden peas the last 5 minutes with possibly a pinch of salt to the potatoes.
Meanwhile, bake the fish schnitzels according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the fresh mint into thin slices. Drain the potatoes and garden peas and add the fresh mint and a dash of milk.
Prak or puree to the desired structure. Cover the sandwiches with the pea puree and the fish schnitzels.
