Yogurt mousse with thick juice: a recipe for a cheerful dessert in nice shapes.

Directions

  1. Soak the gelatine sheets for 5 minutes in a container with cold water. Meanwhile, whisk the whipped cream with a mixer.
  2. Bring the water to a boil in a pan. Remove the pan from the heat. Squeeze the gelatine sheets and dissolve them in the hot water.
  3. Transfer the gelatin mixture to a bowl and allow to cool to room temperature while stirring.
  4. Stir in a bowl the thick juice through the yogurt and mix in the gelatin mixture. Scoop the whipped cream through.
  5. Rinse the molds with cold water and pour in the yogurt mixture. Cover with cling film and leave to set in the refrigerator for 1½ hours.
  6. Dip the bottom of the molds briefly in hot water and turn the desserts over.
  7. Serve the yoghurt mousse with the thick juice. Yummy! .
