Poppy seed muffins
A nice English recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: lemon, self-rising flour (sifted), baking powder, light brown soft sugar, poppy seeds (bag of 125 g), eggs, buttermilk and sunflower oil.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Lemon brooms.

Mix into a baking dish with baking powder, caster sugar, lemon zest, poppy seeds and pinch of salt.

Make batter in cavities of greased muffin mold.

Put the mold on the grid in the middle of the oven and muffins for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
