Popsicle: fennel root purée 6 months


Fennel, carrot and potato in one baby snack. With this recipe your babies get used to different vegetables.

Directions

  1. Cut the hard core out of the fennel and delete the root. Cut the fennel and carrot into slices.
  2. Peel and cut the potato into cubes.
  3. Put the fennel, carrot and potato in a pan and add as much water as they are just below. Bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Drain and puree to fine puree with the hand blender or in the food processor. Add any boiled water or milk to make the snack smoother.
