Pork chops with mustard sauce and chicory


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, chicory, (rib) pork chops, butter or margarine, baby potatoes (700 g), sunflower oil, sugar, fresh parsley (bag of 30 g) and mustard honey sauce (a 285 ml).

Directions

  1. Clean chicory and cut into strips in length.
  2. Pour chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat butter in large frying pans and chops in about 13 minutes.
  4. Cook boilers with salt for about 5 minutes.
  5. Heat up in wok oil and stir-fry for approx.
  6. 5 minutes (until leaves turn slightly glassy).
  7. Season chicory with salt, pepper and sugar.
  8. Parsley finely chop and create by baby potatoes.
  9. Heat the sauce according to the instructions.
  10. Pork chops serve with parsley, fried chicory and sauce..
