Pork fillet with beet


A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, lemon (squeezed), cumin, pork fillets, cooked beet (500 g) and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Mix half of the lemon juice with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, the cumin and salt and pepper.
  2. Cut each fillet steak into six pieces and scoop through this mixture.
  3. Marinate 15 min.
  4. Cut the beets into large pieces and baste them with the pieces of fillet on the sticks.
  5. Brush the skewers with oil and grill them on the barbecue for 10-12 minutes..
