A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, half-to-half-minced, onions (peeled), garlic (peeled), fresh parsley ((30 g), finely chopped), eggs, paprika, oregano (dried), breadcrumbs (or 4 crumbled) rusks) and olive oil.

Put the minced meat in a large bowl.

Grate the onion and press the garlic over the mince.

Mix the mince with the onion, parsley, eggs, paprika, oregano, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper to taste.

Knead the minced meat by hand until all ingredients have been mixed well.

Turn 16 balls of the minced meat.

Heat the oil and bake the balls around brown in 30 minutes..
