Grilled baby potatoes
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes in the peel, olive oil, garlic (pressed), rosemary (needles, coarsely chopped) and sea salt (coarse).
Boil potatoes in plenty of water with salt in almost 10 minutes. Drain potatoes in colander. In a bowl mix oil, garlic and rosemary and add hot potatoes through it. Store until used.
Rub the potatoes in a well-greased grill basket and grind golden brown on a barbecue in approx. 10 minutes. Shake the basket regularly, so that the potatoes are browned evenly. Pour potatoes into a bowl and sprinkle with sea salt.
