Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Finely chop the garlic and the parsley.
  3. Thaw the filo dough.
  4. Crumble the feta over a bowl and mix the garlic and parsley with some freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Spread the slices of filo pastry one by one and place a stripe of the fetal mixture 2 cm above the bottom.
  6. First fold the bottom and then the sides of the dough slice over the filling and roll the slice of dough from the bottom up tightly.
  7. Brush the dough slices around with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
