Pork fillet with horseradish


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork fillets (about 450 g), grated horseradish (a 140 g), yogonaise, butter or margarine, potato slices (700 g), green beans (frozen 300 g) and fresh parsley (a 30 g ).

Directions

  1. Rub pork steaks with 1 tablespoon of horseradish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Stir the remainder of horseradish through yogonaise.
  3. Heat 3 tablespoons of butter in frying pan and bake until golden brown in approx.
  4. 12 minutes, turning halfway.
  5. In the meantime, heat the rest of the butter in large frying pan and brown the potato slices for about 10 minutes.
  6. Warm garden beans according to instructions, mix with potato slices and continue to bake for about 2 minutes.
  7. Cut the parsley finely and create a vegetable mixture.
  8. Serve with pork fillets and horseradish sauce..
