Ingredients
- 5 tablespoon peanut oil
- 5 tablespoon wok oil
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 bag nasi herbs
- 1 camomile violence
- 1 onion in parts
- 250 gram green bean picked up, halved
- 1 Red pepper in strips, seed lists removed
- 1 green pepper in strips, seed lists removed
- 1 yellow bell pepper in strips, seed lists removed
- 1 zucchini in slices
- 200 milliliters coconut milk
- 250 milliliters vegetable stock of tablet
- 250 milliliters herbal broth from tablet
- 4 pork steak
- 75 gram unsalted peanut coarsely chopped
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a stirring fruit, the sambal oelek, the curry powder and the herbs.

Stir fry the onion, green beans and paprika for 3 minutes.

Add the zucchini, coconut milk and stock and gently simmer for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Heat the rest of the oil and fry the meat golden brown.

Add a small splash of water and cook the meat in 3-4 minutes.

Roast the peanuts in a dry hot frying pan. Serve the curry with the meat and sprinkle the nuts over it.
