A delicious Asian recipe for pork fillets with pineapple.

Ingredients
- 500 gram pork fillets
- 4 tablespoon peanut oil
- 4 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 2 clove garlic shredded
- 2 spring / forest onion in rings
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon ketjapmarinademanis
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pineapple peeled, in slices of 1 1.5 cm
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander minced meat

Directions

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the pork fillets on both sides until golden brown.

Add the garlic and the spring onion and fry them.

Add soy sauce and lemon juice and simmer for 10 minutes.

Heat the grill pan. Brush the pineapple slices with the rest of the oil and toast them 2-3 minutes per side.

Serve them with the meat with the sauce and sprinkle with coriander.
