Cauliflower-minced meat dish with curry
Cauliflower with half-to-half minced meat, mushrooms, curry and paprika with boiled potatoes.

Peel and halve the potatoes. Boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes.

Cut the cauliflower into florets and boil for about 5 minutes in little water and drain.

Cut the bell pepper into cubes. Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper and cut into quarters.

Bake the minced meat in a frying pan in about 5 minutes. Fry the mushrooms and paprika for 2 minutes.

Mix the mix for cauliflower with the water. Stir it through the meat and bring to a boil.

Stir the cauliflower through the meat mixture and bring back to the boil. Let it cook gently for about 2 minutes.

Serve the cauliflower-minced meat dish with the boiled potatoes.
