Pork roulade with apple

Peel the apples and cut each apple into twelve parts.

Peel the garlic cloves and halve them in the length.

Heat the butter with a third of the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the roulade around brown.

Divide the apple wedges and garlic around, fry for another 2 minutes and pour the apple juice.

Roast the roulade with the lid slanted on the pan in 40 minutes until tender.

Times regularly.

Heat to the end of the roasting time two thirds of the olive oil in a stirring stir fry the vegetables with Italian herbs for 2-3 minutes.

Add two tablespoons of water and warm for another 2-3 minutes.

Allow the roulade to rest for 5 minutes under aluminum foil.

Spoon the apple and garlic in a bowl and let the gravy reduce.

Cut the roulade into thin slices.

Put the vegetables on warm plates and put the roulade with apple wedges and garlic on top.

Pour the gravy over it.

Delicious with mashed potatoes.
