Pork roulade with garlic spinach
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, curry powder, pork roulade ((450 g), at room temperature), potatoes (solid, unpeeled), spinach (chopped (750 g, freezer cubes)) and garlic (pressed).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC and cover the roasting pan or baking tray with parchment paper.

In a deep plate, mix 1 tablespoon of oil, the curry powder and salt and pepper to taste.

Roll the roulade through the curry oil.

Cut the potatoes into cubes of 1 cm.

Put them in the roasting pan with the rest of the oil.

Place the roulade next to it.

Place the spinach cubes in one layer in the greased oven dish.

Sprinkle with 4-5 tablespoons of water and spread the garlic over it.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Put the spinach on the bottom shelf of the oven and the roulade and potato above it and bake everything in 40 minutes brown and done.

Remove the foil and stir the spinach with a fork, season with salt and pepper.

Cut the roulade into slices and serve with the spinach and potato..
