Pork strips in spicy sauce
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red pepper (in pieces), red peppers (stripped of seeds), garlic (peeled), apple (vinegar or white wine vinegar), ground cumin (djinten), cloves, ham, oil, pineapple (in pieces), sweet onion (in wafer thin rings) and fresh coriander (a 15 g).

Ingredients
- 1 Red pepper in pieces
- 3 Red peppers removed from seeds
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 250 ml Apple vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin (djinten)
- Tablespoon clove powder
- 500 g hampen
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 disks pineapple in pieces
- 1 sweet onion in wafer thin rings
- Bag fresh coriander a 15 g

In the food processor, puree pepper, pepper and garlic. Mix in vinegar, cumin, clove and salt tip. Mix in the pan and heat for 10 minutes while stirring until thick paste is formed. Let cool. Cut meat into thin slices. Stir in bowl of pepper, pepper paste and meat. Covered in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, occasionally scoop.

Allow meat to reach room temperature. Heat up in wok oil and stir-fry meat with marinade, stirring in approx. 10 min. Brown and crispy. Pineapple through the pineapple and fry for 2 minutes. Make meat in a bowl and garnish with onion rings and coriander. Delicious with corn tortillas.
