Pork tenderloin with apple and honey

Brush the pork tenderloin with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Wash the apple and remove the cores. Cut the apple with skin into thin slices. Mix the lemon juice with the honey and apple juice and place the apple rings in it.

Heat 4 gourmet pancakes and fry the pork tenderloin for about 2 minutes per side.

Heat a little olive oil in other pans and fry the apple rings for 1-2 minutes per side. Fry the sage leaves briefly.

Serve the pork tenderloin with the apple and sage.
