Heat the milk in a pan. Stir frequently. Add the oatmeal and a pinch of salt while stirring the milk to the boil.

Turn the heat down and let it stir for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and stir in the honey.

Meanwhile, peel the bananas and cut into slices. Break the walnuts into pieces.

Divide the porridge over 4 deep plates or bowls. Divide the slices of banana and walnuts over them. Drizzle with the honey.
