Directions

  1. Bring the milk to the boil. Stir in the oatmeal and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and leave for 5 minutes. Bring event. to taste with sugar or honey.
  2. Meanwhile, grate the orange skin of 1 orange.
  3. Use a sharp knife to cut the skin and the white skin of both oranges. Cut the segments of flesh from the membranes, so that you can easily pop out the flesh with your knife.
  4. Cut the dates into rings.
  5. Garnish the porridge with the orange slices, dates, pistachios and the orange zest.
