Potato Biscuits With Smoked Salmon

Grate the peeled potatoes coarsely. Dab the potato grater dry in a clean cloth.

Mix the grater in a bowl with flour, egg, cream and salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Spoon the potatoes in the batter, press them flat and fry until golden brown and cooked on both sides for 3-4 minutes.

Fill them with the smoked salmon.
