Potato and cauliflower
Vegan vegetable dish with potato, cauliflower, tomato, turmeric and coconut cream.

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Cook them for 10 minutes in plenty of water with salt.

Cut the cauliflower into florets. Add them to the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.

Grease the take-over scale. Drain and put the potatoes and cauliflower in the baking dish.

Cut the tomato into pieces and spread over the baking dish and sprinkle with the turmeric, curry and ginger powder. Season with salt and pepper.

Scoop and pour the coconut cream over it. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until done.
