Potato-carrot dish with quorn mince
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potato slices (a 450 g), milk, Quorn minced, olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), dried Italian culinary herbs (12 g jar), winter carrot ((1 kg bag) and sliced).

Boil the potato slices in the milk for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Mix the Quorn beef with 2 tbsp oil, the garlic, 1 tbsp Italian herbs and salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the potato slices and carrot slices.

Put half of it in the baking dish.

Divide the rest of the potato slices and carrot slices over the Quorn beef.
