Potato cubes with abbey cheese
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: sweet and sour pepper strips ((from the pot), finely chopped), capers (100 g), abbey cheese (eg pere joseph), pre-cooked potato cubes, butter and caraway seed.

Mix the peppers in a bowl with the capers. Cut the crusts of the cheese and cut the cheese into slices of 1/2 cm thick.

Put the potato cubes in a bowl.

Heat 5 g of butter per gourmet pan and fry the potato cubes around brown. Sprinkle each pan with 1/2 tl of caraway seeds and cover with a slice of cheese. Put the pans under the gourmet grill and let the cheese melt. Spread the paprika mixture over the pans.
