Potato fish soup
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, frozen coalfish fillet (frozen), onion and fresh soup vegetables.

Thaw the fish in the microwave according to the instructions. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a soup pot and fry the onion with the soup vegetable for 3 minutes. Add the potato and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Let boil for 15 minutes. Cut the parsley. Cut the fish into cubes and cook for the last 5 minutes.

Season the soup with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the soup with parsley.
