Potato gratin with sausage, carrot and spicy gravy

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Shake the potato slices with the grated cheese and cumin and spread over the oven dish. Beat the egg with the cream, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the potato slices.

Shake the dish to distribute everything well and bake in the middle of the oven in about 40 minutes until tender and brown. Meanwhile, cook the carrots al dente.

Heat the butter and fry the sausages over and over. Add the red pepper, ginger, garlic and 1 tablespoon of water to the shortening the last minute of the baking time.

Serve the sausages with the spicy gravy, carrots and potato gratin. Sprinkle with the parsley.
