Potato salad with green beans and fried bacon

Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
  2. Boil the crushed green beans in a pan with plenty of boiling water with a little salt in ten minutes al dente.
  3. Add the potato slices after 5 minutes and boil them.
  4. Drain them in a colander.
  5. Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in eight minutes.
  6. Let them scare, peel them and cut them into quarters.
  7. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the slices of bacon until crispy brown.
  8. Put them on a plate.
  9. Pour the bacon fat into a bowl and beat it with lemon juice, mayonnaise and yogurt and a little salt and pepper to make a dressing.
  10. Cut the gem into strips.
  11. Spoon the green beans, potato slices, tomatoes, onion rings and indulgences through the dressing.
  12. Garnish with the wedges of egg and slices of bacon.
