Potato salad with green beans and fried bacon

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.

Boil the crushed green beans in a pan with plenty of boiling water with a little salt in ten minutes al dente.

Add the potato slices after 5 minutes and boil them.

Drain them in a colander.

Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard in eight minutes.

Let them scare, peel them and cut them into quarters.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the slices of bacon until crispy brown.

Put them on a plate.
-
Pour the bacon fat into a bowl and beat it with lemon juice, mayonnaise and yogurt and a little salt and pepper to make a dressing.

Cut the gem into strips.

Spoon the green beans, potato slices, tomatoes, onion rings and indulgences through the dressing.

Garnish with the wedges of egg and slices of bacon.
