Potato salad with mustard and chives
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: A-parts (2 bags a 450 g), Zaanse mustard, sour cream, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, fresh chives ((a 25 g) and in pieces of about 1 cm).

A-parts in water with salt for about 8 minutes.

Drain A-parts in colander and cool.

In a bowl of mustard, sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and, to taste, mix salt and pepper.

A-parts and chives by dressing.

Cover the dishes and leave the flavors in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Delicious with sausages, hamburgers and mussel skewers..
