Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic without coloring it.

Add the ginger, garam masala, pepper, potatoes and peas and fry for a few minutes at a low setting. The moisture must be evaporated. Allow the filling to cool.

Cut the puff pastry slices into quarters. Put a bit of filling on each slice and wet the edges of the dough with water.

Fold the slices as a triangle, press the seams well together, possibly with a fork, and put the nibbles on a greased baking sheet.
