Directions

  1. Cut the melon into pieces and remove the seeds and skin. Cut the flesh into cubes. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces.
  2. Remove the shank from the jalapeño pepper. Halve lengthways and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Slice the flesh finely.
  3. Put the melon, banana, pepper and spirulina together with the coconut water in the blender. Mix into a smooth smoothie.
