Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic pressed
- Teaspoon dried Provençal herbs
- 300 gram chicken breast in cubes of about 3 cm
- 16 cherry / Christmas
- 2 yellow bell pepper without seeds, in large pieces
- 2 green pepper without seeds, in large pieces
- 4 big potato cleaned up
- 6 tablespoon garlic sauce

Mix olive oil with garlic, salt, pepper and Provencal herbs. Scoop the chicken, to and paprika through this mixture.

Prick the peel of the potatoes, hold them under the tap and put them apart, uncovered, on a microwave dish for 8-10 minutes at 800 Watts in the microwave until they are al dente.

Wrap them in aluminum foil and leave them in it for a while. Heat the oven grill.

Thread the chicken, tomato and pepper on the sticks and roast them for 10-12 minutes under the oven grill. Turn them occasionally.

Unfold the foil from the potatoes and break or cut open the potato at the top.

Divide garlic sauce over it. Serve the potatoes with the skewers.
