Provencal potato salad


A tasty French recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: baby potatoes (in the peel), red onion (in thin rings), white wine vinegar, garlic (pressed), olive oil, marjoram (fresh minced) and black olives (slices (240 g) drained).

Directions

  1. If possible, clean the potatoes. Halve the potatoes and cut larger ones into quarters. Boil the potatoes in water with salt in approx. 8 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile stir together the onion and the vinegar and marinate the onion for 5 minutes in the vinegar.
  3. Add the garlic, oil, marjoram and salt and pepper to the vinegar and whisk with a whisk until thick.
  4. Pour the potatoes into a colander and scoop the warm potatoes with the drained olive slices through the dressing. Allow the flavors to withdraw for about 1 hour at room temperature. Delicious with all kinds of dishes from the barbecue or from the grill pan.
  5. Spoon the potatoes warm through the dressing, then attracts them nicely.
