Puff pastry snacks with tomato and chorizocrumble

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Cut the slices of puff pastry into 4 squares (total 8). With the blunt side of a knife, carve edges on the sides of the puff pastry and brush them with whipped egg yolks. Prick holes in the middle of the dough with a fork.
