A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillet (frozen), puff potatoes with yoghurt-garlic sauce (450 g), onions, sunflower oil and coarsely chopped wok vegetables (400 g).

Directions

  1. Cod in 4-5 minutes in microwave at 700 watts thaw.
  2. Dry the dough and cut into cubes.
  3. Prepare the potatoes according to the instructions for use.
  4. Peel and chop onions.
  5. Heat in wok oil.
  6. Add cod, onion and wok vegetables and stir-fry for 6-8 min.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Puff potato with yoghurt-garlic dressing (out of box) spread over four plates and vegetables with fish next to it..
