Prepare the pulled pork according to the instructions. Cut the red cabbage and the pointed cabbage into wafer thin strips and spread them loosely over the board with the leaf lettuce and carrot jelly.

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice, grated rind and some freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle the sauce over the vegetables with a spoon.
