Pumpkin-celeriac stew with mushroom gravy
Stew of crumbly potatoes, pumpkin, celeriac and chestnut mushrooms.

Make a stew with the potatoes, vinegar and margarine and the fresh package according to the instructions on the packaging.

Keep a sprig of thyme from the package behind.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and cut the mushrooms in quarters.

Heat the butter in a frying pan or stir fry the mushrooms in 8 min. Over medium heat.

Remove the leaves from the sprigs of thyme from the fresh package and add to the mushrooms.

Season with pepper and salt. Add the water, bring to the boil and remove from the heat.

Serve the stew in deep plates, make a well and pour the mushroom gravy into it.
