Heat 2 tablespoons of the baking product and fry the onions for about 5 minutes on a low setting.

Grate the pumpkin roughly. Beat the eggs well, add the flour, some salt, freshly ground pepper and the spices and scoop the onions and grated pumpkin.

Heat the rest of the baking product in a frying pan with non-stick coating and scoop the mixture into it. Press well with a spatula and bake the lid on the pan for about 5 minutes at a low setting.

Turn the rösti over with a flat plate and let it slide into the pan again. Bake for about 5 minutes.

Tasty with meatballs and a salad.
