Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package (preparation method with plenty of water, store 75 ml of the cooking water). Cut the pumpkin in half, remove seeds and threads. Cut the flesh into pieces.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces of pumpkin for 5 minutes. Add the onion, tofu taps and cashew nuts and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Cook the green beans for 5 minutes, drain them and scoop them with the ketjapmarinadeen 75 ml of rice cooking water in the pan. Cook the dish covered for another 15 minutes. Serve with white rice.
