Puree with cauliflower and mustard
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (floury), cauliflower (in small florets), milk, butter and coarse mustard.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Cook in 25 minutes in a large pan of water with salt until done. Add the cauliflower for the last 8 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and cauliflower. Heat the milk and butter in a saucepan. Add together with the mustard to the potatoes and cauliflower. Stamp with a puree rammer to a coarse puree. Season with salt and pepper. Tasty with smoked sausage.
