Crispy potatoes
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: potatoes (slightly crumbly), semolina (pack 500 g), olive oil and olive oil with truffle (bottle 250 ml).

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 parts. Boil them in water with salt in 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and let them cool slightly.

Put the semolina and pepper and salt to taste in a deep plate. Mix 4 tbsp oil through the potatoes. Roll them one by one through the semolina. Put them in the greased oven dish and drizzle with the rest of the oil. Bake in the oven in approx. 40 min. Crunchy and golden brown. Spoon occasionally and sprinkle with olive oil with truffle.
