Mushrooms with soft bluefin cheese
A tasty French recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, mushroom melange (200 g), olive oil, gorgonzola ((cheese), in small pieces) and fresh parsley (leaves finely chopped).

Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper.

Heat a little olive oil in a gourmet pan and fry 1 tbsp mushrooms each time until they are discolored and softened.

Season with salt and pepper.
