Quiche with kohlrabi and apple
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: puff pastry ((pack of 10 slices, frozen), thawed), swede, apples ((eg gold puret)), dried sage, camembert (cheese, 240 g), eggs and crème fraîche (200 ml) .

Preheat the oven to 190 ºC. Line the quiche mold with the puff pastry.

Peel the swede, cut into 1 1/2 cm cubes and put in a large bowl. Peel the apples, cut into quarters and remove the core. Cut the flesh into cubes of 1 1/2 cm and add to the kohlrabi. Put the sage and pepper and salt through. Do in the quiche form. Cut the camembert into cubes and put on them.

Beat the eggs with the crème fraîche and pepper and salt with a whisk until smooth. Pour over the filling. Bake the quiche for about 60 minutes just below the center of the oven.
